WIGS FOR KIDS COMPASSION MISSION
Ambassador President Safiya is in the 11th grade at Cary Academy where she is on the Varsity Tennis team! Her hobbies include painting, tennis, hanging out with friends, playing board games with family. “I’m really interested in becoming a doctor and being able to help people through the medical field. I spend a lot of time volunteering in the medical community and I’m really interested in trying to bring some of that to SHBHU. I’m also very interested in biology; it’s my favorite class.”
Safiya is looking to raise funds for an organization based out of her old home, Cleveland, Ohio, called “Wigs for Kids”. This organization looks to raise money and collects donated hair to create wigs for children who are facing diseases that cause hair loss, as wigs are surprisingly expensive. So far, she has partnered with Krispy Kreme Donuts and sold boxes of donuts to raise money for the cause and is now looking to work out a partnership with Moes as well! Please reach out to her at
