Dove Missions Youth Center in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic is serving 144 Dominican and Haitian children and their families this year who are living in extreme poverty. The lead Ambassadors and Small Handers in the Hearts to Smiles commitee are focused on nurturing compassion to others by providing Compassion Missions that INCLUDE ANY AND EVERYONE to simply make them smile.
