  • SHBHU “Sunrise for Senior Citizens and their Pet Companions Breakfast Bags of Love” 

    Ambassadors would like to know if you can help pack and decorate these breakfast bags for our Senior Citizens in need who are connected to our friends at Meals on Wheels. We need donations which you can order at the SHBHU AMAZON wish list link below, you can volunteer to pack and decorate bags in your own home or you can volunteer to deliver the bags to Meals on Wheels when they are completed.  We will be having another Compassion Meeting in May to pack and decorate bags as well.  We also need a Delivery Family to volunteer to bring bags to MOW in Raleigh on July 18th Please contact us if interested at

    Join SHBHU on the fourth Sunday of every month serving meals with a smile to those experiencing homelessness in the Downtown Raleigh area. OCC is the result of many organizations working together in an effort to help close the hunger gap! SHBHU volunteers will bring food, drinks, take home snacks and paper products to help support those in need. We typically serve about 200 meals during this time.
