Please help out our inspiring SHBHU Family, the Hakim Family, who leads this annual Compassion Mission! Dove Missions Youth Center in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic serves 156 children and their families living in extreme poverty by providing educational services, school supplies including uniform, extra curricular activities, and food for the student's families. Each December, we provide each child with a shoe box filled with gifts, hygiene items, and sweet treats; in a box labeled especially for them! Join SHBHU for Kids Day at CPO Raleigh Food Pantry from 9:30-12:30. Volunteers will be sorting, re-packing , and or stocking food items to help prepare them for local families in need. COMPASSION STORE HAS EXPANDED! We added Hope Haven (Belize), Brighter Futures (India) and Wigs for Kids to the Compassion Store!  Many thanks to the amazing Hakim Family who has generously donated their time in making the store awesome!  It now has an additional Holiday Compassion Missions being led by SHBHU families. WIGS FOR KIDS COMPASSION MISSION Ambassador President Safiya is in the 11th grade at Cary Academy where she is on the Varsity Tennis team! Her hobbies include painting, tennis, hanging out with friends, playing board games with family. "I’m really interested in becoming a doctor and being able to help people through the medical field.
