Join Small Hands Big Hearts United and the Filotimo Foundation for the Flip UP for Skylar Disc Golf Tournament—a family-friendly fundraiser supporting Skylar Jones as she faces a double lung transplant. Mark your calendar for September 19, from 12:00 to 4:00 pm, at the FORTNIGHT Brewery Fit Fort Disc Course in Cary, North Carolina. Together with local disc golf enthusiasts, we’re rallying to help adults living with Cystic Fibrosis.
