Becoming a member of SHBHU is simple and should take just a few days to process. There is no membership fee to join; however, there is a fee of $30 to Verified Volunteers for your background check. SHBHU welcomes children ages 3 -17. Small Handers: ages 3-9 Tween Ambassadors: ages 10-12 Teen Ambassadors: ages 13-17

There is no membership fee to join SHBHU. There is a $30 fee payable to Verified Volunteers to complete a background check. If any family is unable to pay the $30 fee, there is a SHBHU scholarship reserve fund so membership is accessible to all families.
