This is the 2nd SHBHU Java Jive Jog. Last year when we partnered with Java Jive it was a HUGE success! There will be two runs to help raise money to continue making Compassion Missions accessible to the entire community. In order to include people of all abilities we will have a 5k Run/Walk and a 10k Run. The 5k and 10k will begin at 8:00am on Saturday, August 13th.
Good Morning 2015 Java Jive Jog Participants and all SHBHU Families,
The annual SHBHU Java Jive Jog is here! It is this Saturday, August 13th at 8am! We have a LIVE band this year to motivate you at the starting line and back again at the finish line! It indeed takes a village and this is our largest fundraiser of the year. Thanks to you all it is always a fun morning when the community comes together for one simple mission!

It will start at Java Jive Lochmere Pavillion and will proceed east on Lochmere Drive and go through the Lochwood West neighborhood, and return to the Lochmere Pavillion. The 10k will be two laps around the same course. T-shirts and awards will be provided for a range of ages. This year we will also hold a hula hoop and jump rope contest at the Post Race Party.
